Booking your Osteopathy appointment
Booking an appointment at Pure Health Osteopath Clinic is quick and straightforward. You can book online through our secure booking system, Jane App, or contact the clinic by phone if you would prefer to speak to us.
Book online
The easiest way to book your appointment is through Jane App, our secure online booking system.
You can choose your Osteopath, select a suitable appointment time and enter your details securely online.
All online bookings require a £25 deposit.
The deposit is fully refundable when an appointment is cancelled or rearranged with more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained.
Booking by phone
If you would rather speak to someone before booking, you can contact the clinic on 01934 752122.
All new patients booking their first appointment with the clinic, whether by phone or online, are required to pay a £25 deposit.
If you are unsure which type of appointment you need, or have a question before booking, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
What happens after you book?
Once your initial appointment is booked, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the details of your appointment.
As a new patient, you’ll also receive a new patient form to complete before your first appointment. Completing this in advance gives your Osteopath time to review your information before you arrive and means we can make the most of your appointment.
We’ll also send you a few useful emails containing information to help you prepare for your first visit, including things like where to find us, parking and what to expect at your appointment.
Don’t worry — these aren’t marketing emails or a mailing list. We don’t send you a stream of promotional emails.
Once you’ve received the initial information, you’ll simply receive the appointment confirmations and reminders you need for your ongoing treatment..

Your first appointment
Your first Osteopathy appointment is about understanding your problem and working out the most appropriate way to help. Your Osteopath will discuss your symptoms and medical history with you, carry out an appropriate physical assessment and explain what they find. Where appropriate, treatment can begin during your first appointment, and we’ll discuss any advice or exercises that may help you manage your problem. If we think you need further investigation or would be better assessed by another healthcare professional, we’ll explain this to you.
